"I will not be returning. I have been a loyal customer since I’ve moved back to the area last year, getting services every two weeks at QQ. I walked in today asking how long the wait time would be, and the owner's daughter stated that everyone had an appointment. I understood that. When I asked what the wait time would be for a walk in, I was looked at, ignored, and she proceeded to speak to another customer. I will not be returning to this establishment, as there is clearly no respect for consistent patrons."
