"I’m disappointed to be writing this. My first time here and when I walked in, I was really impressed by the gel color selection. When I sat down with the male nail tech, it became a different experience. I had a powder manicure that needed to be removed, and the tech kept losing control over the electric nail file so it was catching my finger/ skin around the nail. I didn’t say anything but then he filed my natural nail while removing the dip so much that the nail became detached from the skin. It was really tender then a few days later a large corner of the nail broke off. It’s been 16 days and my nail has only grown this much :( I won’t be getting my nails done for awhile"

"Second time getting a pedicure here and they got new pedicure chairs! I love their spa pedicure but their normal pedi is great too. I love their attention to detail and cleanliness. I like that they play relaxing spa music and the TVs just play calming visuals, no TV shows blaring. It’s a great spa experience!"
