Tina has done my nails for many years; she was a nail tech in the Deptford Mall for 10+ years, before moving to her “new home “ at VIP this fall. When Tina does my nails 1) she’s fast, but detailed… 2) my nails always look nice —AND … 3) THEY LAST."

Edit: The VIP Nails at 1800 Clements Bridge Road in Deptford is wonderful and every time I come into the salon it shines and sparkles. "Showed up in the evening without an appointment. Got right in with no wait. It seemed that the tech was rushing through my service which was a full set. Not entirely happy with the shape of my nails. Some of them are crooked, the shape and length aren't consistent between each hand. I asked for them to be short, but they didn't end up being short enough so I filed them down at home. They're not so bad that I'd go get them redone, but I don't think I'll go back here to get them filled. In all she did a full set with gel instead of acrylic and an eyebrow wax in 45 minutes. This was already a second chance. Last time I got a full set here was last December. Literally every single nail popped off within 24 hours."

"The salon was clean and I was a walk-in who was seen right away. I asked for a refill and a pedicure. While my tech was drilling off my old polish she decided I would need a new set, fine. But she didn’t do that. And she didn’t communicate to me what she was doing. I didn’t get tips and acrylic, I got the liquid gel that burns with gel polish on top. I’ve heard about this gel but have a sensitivity and I hate that burning sensation. I asked if this was going to be the same price and she said “next time cheaper, $42” I didn’t ask for next time, I asked for this time. $94 to have my nails burned and my toe polish chipped after a week. I will not be returning"
