"Sheer professionalism across the board. Kelly was extremely helpful both on the phone and in person, Chelsea from the warehouse as well. We went to pick up our carpet on a Saturday, so most of the warehouse staff was off. We were blown away to find that the owner, Liz, had plastic wrapped our 12 ft long roll to protect it from the rain. She even placed it on top of our car with the lift.
