"Vanessa who works in the grill area is just a pleasure. I meant to write this a few weeks ago. After being ignored by other employees while standing at the counter. She was walking by carrying trays. She immediately put the trays down and offered her help. I have had numerous interactions with her in the past, and she never disappoints. Antoinette and Artie are exceptional as well. In my opinion these three employees take pride in their jobs and deserve a shout out."

"Dara's ShopRite of West Caldwell is a fabulous place to shop! Easy parking - about 8 pm! Got everything on the list, as well as friendliness from the courteous staff! Felipe in produce actually escorted me, when I asked, to show where the restroom is! A kind, young, gentleman working courtesy looked up an item for me, and another friendly man directed me to the item I wanted! Great grocery store! Thank you for your reading! ❤️"

"I walk in at 4 o'clock to the butcher. To have meat cut at certain size? No butcher there to cut me meet. I want 10 30 oz r Ribby and there's no one there to cut him for me only in the morning. But I'm working, I'm not taking a day off to have meat cut. I call up or try to find a manager. No one has an idea what's going on."

"I drive to the Livingston ShopRite to avoid this place, which is a shame since it’s minutes from my home. It’s outdated and cramped. Inventory is lacking, especially for gluten free. If you do instacart, I hope they choose a different location because you won’t get half of your items. Deli line is crazy and they never have a good selection pre-sliced. Staff is not around or unhelpful. One time while doing self checkout with my spouse, we were chased down by security in the parking lot to check our receipt. Why? We had 5 items and paid for all of them. Terrible way to treat people. This is one of those eye sores you hope they knock down and start over."

"Ordered a cake at Shop Rite West Caldwell this Tuesday for Friday. The baker couldn’t have been more helpful. She was so easy to talk to and very attentive to my idea and offered wonderful suggestions. As it turned out the cake for my husbands 70th birthday bowling party was absolutely perfectly decorated and more importantly delicious! I received Multiple compliments on the taste texture and decoration. My compliments to Jessie at West Caldwell bakery. Five Star rating all the way. ⭐️"
