"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Can't Returned pot's that have water stains, and the Manager said "we can take that back because is DAMAGED" Damaged from the water stain!!??? She can't tell damaged or water stains The items still in great condition as I didn't used"

"Been shopping at this store over 20 years and have never had the experience I had today. Like many people I buy a lot and try on at home. Didn't know this was a crime until today. I was told the sneakers I purchased had been worn and the sticker was placed wrong. I told them they all looked like that and they were still on their shelves like that and he could go see them. I said my daughter tried them on it those didn't fit but the others did. I was told he wasn't going back and forth and that they wouldn't be returning them. He didn't even attempt to look at the three pair on the shelves to see the stickers were in the exact spot as mine. His customer service skills are beyond lacking and his tone and actions were reprehensible. So it becomes my fault as a customer. As a former employee I already know the return policy and also know that employees make mistakes. But according to manager Michael his employees make no mistakes. I never ever say this but what reason besides the color of my skin would a manger choose to go against the store policy? Racist much!?!?"

"Ok I have never done this but I have to. Was attended by a nice cashier however the manager was rude and will not listen to me. I was charged twice for an item (2 hand towels wrapped as one I found in clearance with no price tag) yesterday and didn’t notice until today when I looked on the receipt so I decided to go back to be refunded for the extra item. Cashier was nice, however the manager decided he was going to refund me for the for one item AND take the other item back and he would not listen. His reason: “You don’t expect give me to refund for an item after coming back days.” Mind you it was just yesterday evening. So I got frustrated trying to explain to him as he will not not listen or look it through camera or the cahier who rang me up because he claims I was yelling at him which I wasn’t. I am not a thief and will not drive 35 minutes to steal a $10 towel. It was just rediculous and humiliating especially with people around so I left the towels and the receipt for him. They can keep the Money."

"I've been to a number of Marshall's. This one is nicely designed, carries almost everything anyone needs and most of the garnets are up to date and beautiful. Some other Marshall's have clothes that look like.a rack from Good Will. This location is very nice. And a Big parking lot outside."

"Never have I ever been so insulted by a cashier! Today I purchased a couple of items, I handed the cashier a $100.00 bill , when it was her turn to return my change and receipt, she slammed the receipt on the counter following with the change and rest of dollar bills spread on top of the counter!! Cashier number 9 should retire if she doesn’t feel like people should be treated with respect!! And yes my hand was extended out waiting patiently for my change…"
