"I asked for my nails to look like the 1st picture but in red and this what I got. Not only did he shape my nails terribly, he didn't properly do my refill bc you can still see the colored imprint from my previous nail color. And he can't do the simplest design to save his life(the heart looks like a messed up circle). Also, had the nerves to have an attitude while doing my nails. If you can't do a design just say so, have someone else in the salon do it and don't waste my time and money. This place is terrible and I had a horrible experience. Zero stars!!!!!!!!"

"I had an amazing experience for my birthday, the lovely employee name LILY took her time and was precise on making sure all acrylic toes were perfect, she even recommended an amazing design for my pedicure."

"I’m only giving 2 stars for the two ladies who do a fantastic job, Linda and I can’t remember the other lady’s name. I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and today was the last straw. I only started going to this place because my shop downtown is in the middle of so many changes that trying to find parking is horrible, I guess this is what I deserve for cheating on a place I was a customer of for 20+ years. In my experience the men are terrible, a week before Christmas I had my nails done, he was rough and had an attitude about something and it interfered with the work on my nails, I went back a few days later to get them corrected. I shouldn’t have paid for them but I did. I go in today and the results are horrible. Polish on my cuticles and on the sides of my nails, the acrylic is uneven, HORRIBLE, he even burned my skin with the sandpaper, even after I reacted he still kept going! Everyone experience is different but my overall experience with this place was not good. Location and parking was convenient that’s about it."

"I’ve literally cried tears from the rude unwelcoming vibe in this salon. The head lady there is so disgusting and disrespectful to customers. She sees you as a dollar sign not a human being. She will tell you quickly to go somewhere else if you ask a question about the services. She literally told me “no one here like you”. The husband is nice but the lady is the boss who runs everything and she is the absolute worst. She knows people will need their nails done regardless so she could care less about her nasty attitude and the things she says. Customer service is a 0 out of 10. I now drive to Newark for a salon. I went to this salon out of convenience and proximity to my home but nothing is worth tears falling from my eyes for service I am paying for. Me knowing as a black woman I couldn’t match her nasty energy and say what I wanted because then I’d be “aggressive or somehow wrong”. I say NEVER go there"

"Unfortunately highly disappointed. I paid 37 dollars with tip for no color , no massage , not even cut of toe nails , just file. The chairs are broken and do not have massage settings for pedicures. Tools are not properly disinfected, they are just wiped. The saddest part is I really needed it . But at the end, I still need it! If I could do no stars I would!"
