"I have spent several hundred dollars at the Shop Rite in the past month. I had pop proof for past purchases plus today I spent two hundred plus. I am not entitled to a free Turkey. I have been in Customer Service/mgt my entire life. This is absurd. On their behalf I ordered via Instacart. The MGT can do anything they want. It is so much easier to not fight me for a stupid Turkey Ham or Lasagne. Once again, I had CS employees that do not understand the damage done because they go by the fact they don't know and Manager of store does not have talent in dealing with a Customers. Oh yes, while the girls behind the desk our talking about how they got extra free turkeys for them and others like customers it made me sick. These are kids! I work hard, take care of people and the Shop Rite in Garwood NJ made me feel like a fool. I am only one person but I can tell you I will never go back unless I receive a free Turkey and an apology. In the meantime, mgt was yelling at an employee when I first got there and when I left in front of others. This is unprofessional and it was not fair to the young man. The whole experience made me sick!"

"Some of the higher ups don’t know how to talk to people (JENNIFER ) Very unprofessional night crew is lazy . The managers dont address anything that happens overnight . & a lot of the products are out of date and maggot filled."
