Oasis Tile

"The tiles that was shipped was 98% intact. I had one piece that was broken during unpacking. Luckily i ordered extra that compensated for it. From order to delivery was easy and the tile was just as it looked on the website"

"I want to start by saying that your customer service was absolutely fantastic! I had been searching extensively (in CA) for the final finish of pencil liner glass tile for my bathroom backsplash without success, but then I found Oasis, who had exactly what I wanted. When the package arrived it was the wrong order and I was, understandably, quite dismayed. I emailed customer service at Oasis with an explanation of the problem, complete with pictures of what had been sent. I received a reply and apology the next day, complete with a prepaid UPS mailing label to send back the wrong order. Within 24 hours I was notified that my (hopefully correct) order had been shipped. I was so impressed that Oasis shipped out the corrected order without waiting for the "other" order to arrive back to them, it cost me nothing extra, and it arrived much faster than the original order. "I ordered a sample for Pacific Ocean Blue 5/8x12 Glossy Glass Liner to make sure it would complement my glass backsplash tiles. It is perfect so I ordered 15 more. They came quickly and were packaged with care so that none were broken. Thank you!"
