Please feel free to call my Principal and explain to her that I didn't have a working car that Monday so that's why I had to take the day off. You would be doing me a favor. As for your take on my initial visit, it is riddled with falsehoods, the biggest one being nobody mentioned one word about misfiring until after your service was completed and you came out to do a diagnostic, and one of the technicians said it. As for your take on our conversation yesterday, it was one-sided..I couldn't get a word in. I'm not denying I used an expletive. You were rude, condescending and dismissive. You deserved it! I never made any accusation, it was my dealership that said all of the censors showed that you used the wrong type of oil for my vehicle. They drained the oil you put in, and replaced it with the right viscosity and everything worked perfectly fine. That's exactly what they wrote in the service report they gave me which you would have seen if you actually read it. I emailed you back in December a few days after this happened and it was 1/31/24 and I still hadn't heard from anybody, which is why I called. Is that what you call "customer service"? I will go back to my dealership and have them write a formal letter about what they observed and be sure to bring it to Ocean County Small Claims Courts which is where I will see you next. "I got an oil change today at Quicky Discount and I was impressed. When I entered the facility, I was acknowledged, greeted friendly, and with smiles. The service was quick and inexpensive and it was the cheapest oil change that I have gotten since relocating the NJ. This will be my point of contact and car service provider going forward. "My daughter and her friend took her car for an oil change today. She requested a Supreme and the clerk wrote it down as a supreme but somehow someone crossed it out and changed it to synthetic. When my daughter questioned the price change, they told her we can drain it and replace it. Their mistake or deliberate change to the more expensive service. They should have refunded her the difference and let it go. They did the same thing to the lady in front of them. Their reasoning is that it's better for your car. That may be true but that should be discussed before they make changes to the order, Instead, they gave her an air freshener for the car to compensate for their mistake. She was told they are under new ownership, I guess the new owners aren't interested in retaining old customers or building their business. We won't be back. In my opinion, they just took advantage when they saw two young girls."

"This place has been great for years. After my oil change was done, I annoyingly asked, "Is it too late to have wiper blades put on"? The gentleman behind the counter said no problem and personally went out front and put new ones on my car! What good service here. U never need an appointment, and they never "find" something wrong w Ur car and rip u off like the stupid dealerships."
