"Beware of who you order your flooring from. I was promised a delivery date of two weeks. After 3 week and no flooring or phone call, I spoke to Sara. Sara promised to call me back, which never happened. I called again and no information could be provided as to where my floor was or when it was coming in. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. I still haven't heard from anyone and now will have to start the process all over again with another dealer. Frankly, they don't even deserve one star. I also didn't like that the invoice I was given indicates they have a AAA rating with the BBB, which is not true. And by the way, I just saw your response to my first review. You are a liar - I NEVER sent anyone to your store. In fact, I told people NOT to use you. You should use the time you spend writing false responses to getting your store in order and your facts straight."

"Ordered two rooms of flooring, installers seemed to know what they were doing. The next day noticed several boards had come up slightly on the ends and sounded hollow under the boards. Called the store and was told that they would put in a service call with installers. 3 weeks later called several times before leaving messages and no one returned the calls. Finally got a live person who said they would send out Dominick to inspect. The morning of the appointment the store called to say Dominick was ill and would not make appointment. four days later someone showed up to check the work and also spotted the raised boards and left. That was 10 days ago When I call the store I very seldom if ever get a live person, I leave voice mails and NO ONE CARES ENOUGH TO RETURN MY CALLS. I am retired and paid them good money for what I now see as poor workmanship. All I care about is to get flooring fixed. I have been asked several times by neighbors who did our floors and what I thought! I have been very exacting about the horror story we have seen from this local merchant. Frustrated in Little Egg Harbor"

"Mixed review...first time was a great experience. Second time...not so much. Had to order additional product on May 10th, was offered the option to expedite via FedEx for a fee. When I asked how long for flooring to come in I was told "ten days" and still no flooring. Found out that my order was mistakenly attached to a back order and was told floor should be in today or tomorrow (6/6 or 6/7) hoping for today. Looking to do another room in my house...should I try again All Floors Carpet One?"
