"We are extremely disappointed! The quality of the install was fair but not good, carpet needed to be stretched more but not overly concerned with. Problem I’m having is we dropped off 5 pieces of carpet to be bound and we only received 4 back when questioned about it they said to my wife when I find the other piece they will bind it. My question is how do you find something that was already dropped off? The owner himself blew up at me and told me to basically pound sand as he was screaming at me and hung up. I would not recommend this company to anyone"
