"I have typically had good experiences at Windswept, but my latest experience will make it so that I don't give them my business again. I don't usually fill out reviews, but Windswept was so rude and unprofessional, I felt compelled to this time. We had mulch delivered when we weren't home. When the delivery person got here, he called us to ask if we wanted him to drive on the lawn to drop the mulch because it was so wet that his truck was probably going to leave tracks. We missed the call at that moment and called back minutes later to find that he had already dumped it. By doing so, he left deep ruts through the front lawn. We called to see what could be done and the person we spoke with was incredibly rude and hostile from the moment the conversation began. He was so unprofessional and the experience such a pain, I wanted to let others know before using them."
