"While shopping for kitchen backsplash in 2017, I encountered a display of Bisazza tiles on West 21 Street. Although not right for my kitchen, I knew I wanted to incorporate them into the next project - a bathroom. I waited a few years and designed the bathroom around their Cristina tiles. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service I got from their own under-the-Highline showroom on West 20 Street. One note: my tile guy said they were not made for direct water contact and so we used less of them than originally anticipated - to a much better aesthetic effect! - and I was able to save some for, hopefully, the next bathroom project."

"Great selection, worth the drive. True masters of their trade but very friendly and patient. Good pricing and on-time delivery. Made the process super easy. After trying and failing at getting the right kind tiles from the big box stores, our contractor highly recommended Igor (about a 40 minute drive away from us). We appreciated Igor's guidance on what would work for our space and why (shape/layout/size). Also really appreciated his insistence on taking home sample boards to test in the space. Our bathroom/laundry/mudroom project was tricky because we need something that would look great across the three rooms and hallway. We really think he nailed it.
