Then i get no return call in weeks and then they are not flexible with repairs They will install but good luck getting them back for repairs Photos don’t show the flooring actually lifted and it’s like walking on a trampoline"

They installed my hardwood floors through my builder and I was so impressed that I hired them to come back after I closed to remove the carpet and install hardwood upstairs in the bedrooms and hallway. The subfloors from the builder had issues and after discussing with Rachel, she remedied the situation quickly and repaired the issue for me and the next day had her team of installers finish the job. "Damaged hardwood steps, while trying to install hardwood upstairs hallway, covered the steps with plastic that should only be used on carpet, this should of never happened. Plastic removed stain and varnish on steps. Only interested to be paid for job instead of worrying how to take care of a huge issue and that job was very so so. Lots of issues. Huge disrespect to our home. Will probably have a long dispute over the inexperience of worker who did not realize his mistake. No concern for our home. I could not have stressed more clearly about sending experienced worker and specifications for the job. In my opinion, Horrible experience."
