"Nice people and good service"
"I had absolutely, without a doubt the WORST experience with this store EVER! I needed to place a $6,000+ order for materials for a large job. I was referred to Bob Breen by a friend. Bob doesn't return calls or emails, and if you call the office to try to get to him he's never available. When I finally placed the order, about 20% of it showed up wrong. As an example, I ordered 3"x1/2" concrete anchors and they sent me 3" lag bolts. When I asked Alex, the manager, why so much of the order was incorrect he replied 'we sent you what we had'. Really? I order an apple and you send me a coconut without even a phone call to discuss? Then Alex told me that 'he didn't like the way I was speaking to him'. I spend $6000, you send me the wrong items, your sales guy won't call me back, and now I can't even get a final receipt from them to finish out my job. Don't walk, RUN from the 84 Lumber in Lakewood!!!"
