"Delivered my furnace in the rain and kept it outside on my sidewalk . The driver said he does not bring it inside. Fine you do not bring what is ordered in the house but really leave a new furnace outside in the rain . No cover offered and they did not offer a different delivery due to weather. Had to call 3 different places they kept giving me the run around . I have no receipt given to me for the purchase , the delivery or even the pick up of the furnace. Very shady business. Highly do not recommend them . I am not even sure if I will be credited back for the furnace or be given a new one ."

"I purchased vanities and all of the finishes I needed for 2 bathroom renovations. I worked with Aaron Smith and received exceptional customer service. He took all the time and attention to detail that was needed to make sure everything we were purchasing looked cohesive together. He was also very responsive in answering all of my calls/emails to answer questions, give eta on product delivery etc."

"AMAZING customer service. I did not even have to come to the store and I had SUPERB customer service from Alicia. She stuck with me from beginning to end for my very custom order which we had to order parts from Germany! When I dropped off and forgot to call or write back it was HER who reached out to ME and she thought of things I did not even know to think about. She was so knowledgeable about plumbing and which way things turned and what parts were needed to complete the job. She looked into each and every item number to make sure I had everything I needed and it was right the first time. Honestly, she put so much effort into doing it correctly, I was so surprised because you just don't see that kind of work ethic these days. I would shop here again in a second the next time I need supplies. I didn't try to skimp on price but if you need a job done RIGHT the FIRST TIME, call for Alicia Ruilova! She's the absolute BEST and deserves a raise to keep this quality employee."

"Absolute terrible experience! Shower, ensemble do not fit and cannot return. (Thanks so much) They ordered the wrong vanity and now waiting for the new one. I have been asking for a receipt from Aaron finally received one and half of the items do not have prices. They have not adjusted my credit card for their error on the vanity but the product has been returned. I received the correct counter & sink so not sure how someone let that mistake slip. They really do not care about any of this. Aaron still has not responded about the return and the manager who I left a message for still has not called me Back! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They do not care I am sure there are smaller businesses who would appreciate your business."

"Associates are very friendly and helpful in both the Showroom and Parts Dept. Have sent many clients there to the showroom, to pick out appliances, and they are always happy with the personal service they received. If there were any problems, eg. missing part (it happens) they were rectified with no questions."
