"Poorly run business. Google listing says they are open. Called location. Verified they have something. Said I will be right in. Failed to mention their phone system reroutes closed locations to other location. Drove half hour for concrete blanket. Guy in yard wouldn’t help saying they only do inventory Wed-Friday. Now I’m screwed! Thanks for nothing!"

"Had what i needed fast ordering but took 25 minutes to find some one to load me. I was the only one when i stsrted there were 4 people waiting as i left 3 loaders showed up 45 minuted from order to leaving. It was a small order took 5 min to load on truck."

"I don’t recommend this supplier !! I placed and paid for an order on 4/23/20. The product which I bought had arrived not as described. Upon delivery, I immediately called and notified the store and explained this and was told to refuse the delivery. Today is 6/2/20 more than 5 weeks later and I still have not been issued a credit. I have dedicated several hours to getting my credit. I have made literally dozens of phone calls and sent dozens messages and emails. But still do not have a credit! What makes things even worse is they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. And, after over one month of this treatment the salesman at the counter had the nerve to tell me that the credit had already been issued. That was NOT TRUE! I checked my App and called the credit card company and they assured me that no credit at all was issued. In my business, I deal with many supply houses on a daily basis and have never gone through this hell. If your looking for good customer service and fair treatment don’t buy here. The message that have consistently sent me is, “You’re not important.” There are plenty of other suppliers that value and respect their customers. Go elsewhere!"

"Friendly staff but material was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, wasn't, then Friday, wasn't, finally I called on Monday and found out that all my material was there but wasn't scheduled for a delivery that day. They were able to get my delivery in later that afternoon.Then I was told that I was charged the wrong amount initially for a bag of sand and that I owed them $38 more. First and last time using these guys."
