"Typical bait and switch company. Said they had 4 tires of a set size. We agreed on a price. I drove 60 miles (100+ round trip) wasted over 2 hours of drive time. I show up with cash and hand and they didn't have them. But of course they would try to offer me another set of tires at a more expensive price. Stay away from this company and the people that work there. Especially Carl! You have been warned"

"I sent my son with a skid steer rim and tire, off the machine and had him ask if they could repair the leak and reseat the bead. They told him yes and quoted him $60.00, which I thought was outrageous being it is was off the machine, but we needed it done. They told my son to come back in a few hours. When he returned to pick up the wheel and tire, they told him $80.00. They said it was more difficult then expected. I feel we at least deserved a phone call before just charging more. Poor business practice in my opinion."
"I went to this business earlier today and I am not happy with the service I received. When I first got there the sales person insisted that I needed tires without doing a full inspection of the vehicle. I then requested that it be seen by a mechanic so he/she can do an inspection and give me a follow up response. After a couple of hours I was told that I needed rear tires and maybe a front tire rod. I explained that vehicle was shacking and making a rattling noise from the front of the car. I can’t imagine rear brakes would do this. Long story short I was told after the assessment it was the tread on the rear tires causing the shacking and the rattling and the noise was due to an issue with my back brakes. Turns out it was my transmission. I explained to the mechanic I wanted to resolve the issue that I felt was under the hood and not pay additional money for tires if that wasn’t going to resolve the issue. I have purchased brakes, and 4 tires from here before. I have even recommended this place. But after today I feel as though my wishes weren’t honored and the employees did what they wanted to do to make a sale and it wasn’t right by the consumer. Now I’m left with paying for tires that I really didn’t want to get at the time on top of paying for a transmission problem. Which I explained that I didn’t want to do. It’s not right to treat consumers like this and that’s not how you retain business from people that spend their hard earned money there."
