It was not there in the store when it should have been but he quickly reordered and came in later that day to pick up. They provide information about products that I can't get in the rushed big box stores. I will only buy paint, stains, and equipment from SW when I'm seeking advice."
"Tried to get wallpaper The first time it was discontinued but no one ever contacted us. A week later I called and they didn’t have the order in the computer. Finally they found the order the next day, to tell me it was discontinued. We went back, picked out another wallpaper. Went to go pick it up a week later and it was the wrong wallpaper. Use a different store. Not worth it"
"Great price, close to home and open til 7pm. At 6 pm I decided to start a project only to find out I needed spray paint. Sales associate helped me because product not on the shelf or in stock, he was nice to check another location SW and they had what I needed. The price was better than other big box stores and I didn't have to drive far."
"This store USED to be good but then they got rid of manager named Donny. He was very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I will never go in there again now that Donny is gone. They don't know how to keep good help."
