"I was having an absolute nightmare of a time trying to install a bidet and had totally shredded a little plastic washer that went on one of the valves. It was a super small, specific part, and I went to this store in total defeat, thinking I wasn’t going to have any luck there and would have to drop way more money ordering it online. I came in close to closing, on the brink of tears, and they were incredibly helpful and kind to me. I showed them the part, and they weren’t optimistic in whether they had it on its own, but instead they unpacked the full replacement kit for the whole toilet tank, pulled out the part I needed, and sold it to me separately for $2. I was able to fix and install everything that night, and I am so so grateful for their accommodation and kindness."
