"Poor customer service and sneaky business. They told me delivery would be free for an order over $300 (which was a bump up from $200 earlier in 2023). I made the order two days later, had it delivered and then found they'd added a $60 delivery fee (to drive five minutes from the store). Then they refused to remove the delivery fee when I complained. They added it on and did it knowingly without telling me, claiming only after I complained that the policy since the new year is free delivery over $500. Though I was told two days before ordering (well into the new year) that it was free over $300. I prefer to support local businesses but I would have saved a lot of money getting my materials at Home Depot"
