It was the most rude and vile experience I have ever had. Will not be going back and neither should anyone else. Buyer beware!"

"I've been living down the street for 10 years and have always been treated with suspicion when shopping here. No matter how often I come in for odds and ends they will always follow you around the store like you're going to steal something. The family that owns\operates the shop are rude, stubborn, penny pinchers. On my last visit they made a poor copy of a key that I asked them to try making again because the first one would not work. After a 15 minute conversation in which they insisted the poorly made key was somehow MY fault I have vowed to never return. They'd rather spend their time haggling and arguing with a customer than just remaking a one dollar key copy. Head scratching to say the least. Head to Crest on Metropolitan instead. A much larger\well stocked store and a whole lot friendlier."
