"We hired Humberto and his crew to add wood floors to two rooms in our home that had wall to wall carpeting. Plus, pulling up carpeting on our basement stairs too. He did a phenomenal job. We LOVE our newly sanded and stained floors and cannot believe it took us this long to do. (It was in the master bedroom and the den downstairs). They look amazing and we are happy to now have hard wood flooring throughout our home. "Not happy with this company at all! We needed to redo the flooring in our kitchen and they were impossible to get ahold of. When they finally did come, they did an OK job on the install, but tiles didn't reach all the way to the wall so when they put the kickplate on, it just really didn't look good. They said they were going to come back to fix that and wax the tiles, but they haven't come back and I can't get in touch with them AGAIN. At this point we're just going to have to find another flooring company to come fix their job and do the waxing. Very disappointed to say the least."
