"This place lacks in customer service. They are nice to you while they are taking your money. But their customer service as it relates to follow lacks in so many levels. Once we placed our order we were told that the items should arrive within 2-3wks. I called to follow up after the 3wk and the rep was rude as if I was bothering her. When she did call me back, she rushed me off the phone. I mistakenly called them back for a recommendation for a shower door company and the same rep acted as if she couldn't be bother and rushed me off the phone so I hung up. I have more work to be done on the other bathrooms in our home but I will not be doing business with them."

"I met Wanda Acosta a few weeks ago to get a brief consultation without an appointment, however, even without an appointment, she really pay-attention to my concerns, and she sincerely provided honest opinion during that time. She recommended to make an appointment for next visit so that she can guide us to find solution and finalize my need. I made an appointment via website to get a consultation. Today, I went with my mother to worked with Wanda to finalize my two bathrooms and kitchen. It was quite surprised that she remembered our conversation from last visit. During our consultation, she was so focused / tried to find our needs/provide solution step by step and not missing out any items.
