"Awesome experience with a rental machine this afternoon. Originally, the machine I was needing had already been booked for the day after confirming via phone that it was available, one of the other associates overhead this, jumped in and went in the back to talk to someone overrule what the clipboard said. He ended up making it happen as long as I had the machine back by 5 to make sure it was rented out the next morning. Really saved the day and helped complete the linestriping job before they opened on Saturday (rain in forecast for Friday!). Problem solving and helpful staff to say the least. Thanks again!"
