"Better Plastics helped us design our dream kitchen and made the entire process so simple! After being overwhelmed when walking into the showroom with the plethora of options, our designer sat down with us to understand our vision and helped narrow down what we were looking for. The designer provided us with a visual to truly understand how our choices would look in our kitchen and worked with us on details we weren't 100% sure on. This help was amazing and made us confident in all our decisions. During installation we needed additional scribe molding and the customer service was speedy and efficient. The Better Plastics team provided answers to questions I didn't even know to ask! From start to finish, the team helped provide ideas, discuss design options, and provided support that helped make the project seamless. The materials are high quality and look amazing in our home. "Ordered a specific counter top and cabinets (sadly on 3 to 4 month back order), and when the cabinets finally arrived it took forever to have someone come and measure for my counter tops and received the wrong color, kitchen is not finished and is needed. Once inconvenienced one would expect to be put at the front of the line yet still waiting. No refund for the price difference on my counter top either. I do not like to micromanage but you sadly have to with this place."

"Cant say enough about the customer service at this place. Been meaning to write this review for a few months. From the template to Instalation for our new barbershop was perfect. After the install another contractor had scratched a few areas and BP came out and refinished making it look brand new again. There customer service and craftsmanship are on another level. Highly recommend."

"So I recently purchased a new kitchen from better plastics dealt with Murray . He went above and beyond and made the whole experience enjoyable. I picked out my quartz counter and asked at the time if the needed a deposit for the counter they said no . Paid for the kitchen everything was wonderful and then it was time to get the fabricator out to create a template in which went very well . Two days later was told that the quartz counter I picked out and paid for and was measured for a template was not longer available . I’m moving in to my new home in 3 weeks so do not have time to wait so was told to pick another one even though they told me they would keep it for me . Very disappointed, but when I asked if they could do anything on there end as it was there distributor that didn’t do they job . The owners response Debbie response was sorry nothing we can do . I gave them a 5 star because of there employee Murray he was so professional and courteous. But after spending at least $20 k you would think they would have said ok you what pick out another and we will give you a little something off . Nope even though this event caused everything to be delayed plumbing , tiling etc ... I know we are in a pandemic but when you have a business you should focus and doing the right thing and Debbie did not . So as a result I will never use them again or refer them ."

"Once again, for the second time in a row, Joe made my wife fall in love with me all over again. I brought my cabinets home and even before they were installed she was absolutely amazed at how beautiful they were. This is the second time I have ordered cabinets for my own home through Mr. Santos and my father has been dealing with Joe and Better Plastics for 40 years. Not too many places you can say that about. Truly "tops in the business.""
