"Very bad experience, specially from manager Yuri in Bayonne. needed to return a defective insulation that was half deep than was mentioned . he started manually pulling the wool . and didn't return the item. few hundred dollars wasted in defective product and no return. I saw below reply from Lowes that if I call support they can help, I called them , I was around 40 mins on phone, but no help. very bad experience."

"Drove a long distance to this location because it’s the closest Lowe’s to me. Nobody was working in the lumber department in the middle of the day to help me on Monday. Drove back the next day on Tuesday, 3 people were working, and the cutting machine was down. I need a single piece of wood cut in half. After they said the machine was down I asked if they had any recommendations on how to cut the board and they said no. Lol any type of advice? Buy a hand saw? Nothing. Real useful employees here working in the lumber department."
