From start to finish, the entire project was marred by their lack of professionalism and incompetence. First and foremost, communication with this contractor was abysmal. They rarely responded to calls or messages promptly, and I often had to resort to using unknown numbers just to reach them. This not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary frustration throughout the process. Furthermore, the contractor consistently failed to arrive with the necessary tools and equipment. It was incredibly frustrating to witness their lack of preparation on numerous occasions. As a customer, I expected them to be well-equipped to handle the job, but they consistently fell short. In addition to their poor communication and lack of proper tools, the contractor attempted to shift blame onto us for their own failures. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they constantly deflected and made excuses. This unprofessional behavior only further exacerbated the situation and demonstrated their unwillingness to rectify their errors. Overall, my experience with this contractor was an absolute nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, poor communication, blame-shifting, lack of proper tools, hidden fees, and unresponsiveness were significant drawbacks that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Save yourself the stress and disappointment by seeking a different contractor who values professionalism and customer satisfaction."
