It was our lucky day when Maria Mardy asked us if we needed help. Boy, did we. Wayne Tile has an incredible collection of stunning tiles. It makes it very difficult to make the best choice. Right from the beginning, we had expert advice from Maria. With her guidance, we received everything we needed for the project in one delivery. Our contractor,Lasting Image had everything they needed to complete the project. We now have a stunning bathroom that we can be proud of."

"Short review: Good selection of products, extremely poor customer service. We didn't have a huge order (~$1,000) and we couldn't help but feel like we were an inconvenience to the sales people. I've had significantly better customer service at Home Depot. My sales person suggested buying additional tile for 'waste'; I know this is normal, but a +25% recommendation seemed excessive, however I'm no expert or contractor, so I took her guidance. Needless to say, I only needed 10% extra, (which seems to be the norm), so I went to return boxes of unused and unopened tile and was denied. I explained that their sales person recommended the exorbitant amount of excess, to which I was told they 'weren't the ones who measured the job', and I should have read the policy signs on the columns near the check out prior to the transaction. My contractor told me they've heard this about Wayne Tile, specifically in the Ramsey store, multiple times, so seems to be a recurring theme. Lots of other great tile stores in the area to explore."

"I have visited Wayne Tile Company twice for ideas for my hallway and bathroom. I have been very happy with the selection and creatively provided by the store. The staff are very friendly, but don't bother you. I'm very picky when it comes to shopping and will leave a store if people constantly ask "can I help you". That was not the case here. The staff allow you to browse at your leisure without interruption unless their aid is solicited. Definitely 5 stars for atmosphere, staff, and selection."
