"We have been slowly updating everything in our kitchen since we moved in. We finally got to the flooring and I stopped in at Fuda in Butler to see their options. Susanna, our salesperson, was very personable and helpful. We were on a somewhat short timeline and I was hoping to find something that I liked that was in stock, but I ended up picking something with a 4-8 week lead time because I’m picky. The 8 week was really going to be hard for us because that was right when my husband‘s busy season starts with work and we were installing it ourselves, so we were hoping it was closer to 4 weeks. Around week 5, I called for an update. They called the manufacturer and they said that it would be at least another 4 weeks, so I opted to pick a different tile. Fuda 100% made the situation right in terms of price and even offered to deliver the tile to our driveway for free. Will definitely recommend them to others!"
