"Absolutely the worst company for delivery. Placed order 3 weeks in advance and also received confirmation of delivery time frame on day before. Delivery does not show up but that’s not the worst part. called the store who said they couldn’t help me because I placed an online order, then called the distribution facility where it was shipping from and they had no knowledge of anything. Called Lowe’s customer customer service who was unsure what is happening. nobody really understood that the distribution process or where my order was. Now they’re saying another month for delivery. Spent an hour on the phone with no answers and will have to cancel my large order of 4 items needed for my new construction next week."

"I bought a $349 pressure washer online & had Lowe's assemble it. It was delivered to me with missing parts, no owners manual & defective sprayer. It literally looks like someone returned it & they just sold me the return. So disappointed! And trying to reach someone at customer service was nearly impossible"

They have great paint selections and huge inventory of tools and hardware to choose from. Big garden center with many evergreen and plants. Very big parking lot"
