"It is impossible to find good customer service anymore but I found it here. I had been on the hunt for guidance and product to paint my older pool. Annette answered the phone and was friendly, conversational, and genuinely open to helping me find what I need. She informed me that her location did not have the (very) specific paint I needed for the pool, but she was certain another location would have it. I gave her my number honestly expecting that I would never hear back. She called me back (quickly) and informed me that another location had the paint and that she could get it there within 24 hours. She shared updates with me and followed through on her commitment. This paint store was the only store that could successfully get this paint for me. Then I went to pick it up on a Wednesday and the store was open EARLY which also never happens. I walked in at 6:50am when they opened at 7am. Normally a business would wait until 7:01 to unlock the doors. Charlie was so nice, also conversational, and helped carry the paint to my car. Thanks Annette and Charlie for being so great! I'll be back the next time I need paint."

"Local paint store with great service. You pay more than a big box store but the paint is better (fewer coats needed, better color and durability) and you get your questions answered."

The representative at the register was very courteous and they even accept Apple Pay which was a HUGE plus for me since I had left my wallet at home therefore I was able to pay with my cell phone. I had never been to this location before but I saw they offered Benjamin Moore Paints and since I needed a specific paint from that brand they were able to assist. Would recommend this to any locals or even those that live at a distance from here as which was the case with me."

"True expert professionals in all things paint, wallpaper, and accessories. Little shop exceptionally well stocked with very knowledgable staff who help you create painting solutions with a smile. Flanked by Home Depot and Lowes who do not deliver the high level of advice or product that this mighty little location offers daily. Skip the giant stores and get better paint, better accessories, and much, much better help. Easy to find, tight but ample parking."

"I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years and wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. Bill, John and the rest of the staff serve up expert advice, top notch paint and all the special paint tools/products that every homeowner could want, all with a special brand of humor that makes Monahan's the great store that it is. Not sure about the bad reviews, especially about their customer service. My wife and I have never had an experience like they described."
