"Kings Kitchen quickly became one of my favourite Chinese restaurants during my visit to NY. Despite its tiny layout and closely spaced tables, the restaurant offered a diverse menu at reasonable prices. From fried noodles to congee, the array of dishes was impressive. The bustling atmosphere, while a testament to its popularity, did mean that the tables were close together, limiting privacy and creating a less-than-cozy feel. The service, though acceptable, left room for improvement, as the staff seemed occupied with their conversations. Overall dining experience and the quality of the food make Kings Kitchen a recommended stop, especially if you find yourself in Brooklyn -Fried wonton 4/5 -Yellow Eel rice casserole 3/5 -Roasted duck 4/5 rice roll with BBQ pork 4/5 -Soy sauce chicken leg noodle soup 4/5."
"A spot I have been returning to because their bbq items are good and decent price and amount. Tried something new today and were not so happy, the so call grilled whole squid is not valid advertisement , the squid was cooked in a stew completely and then tossed on the grill for like 2 seconds. Very weird texture and taste, do not recommend. The chicken with truffle was A-okay. Chicken was over fried so they are bit hard on the exterior, interior lacks Falcon/seasoning. All and all, stick to their classic dishes such as bbq or traditional dishes, then you’d be okay."
"20220222::canto, no less than an a+. congee was a bit small, cha siu over rice was good too. Chinese donut in rice crepe/roll was soooo good. SPOOOOOON!!!!!!!"
"It's a little dive that has amazing food. The place decor doesn't look like much, for those in the know you don't go there for the decor, the food is very good. The roasted pork, and char siu are very good, worth going there for that alone. The clay pot rice is very good too, priced very reasonably."
"The authentic Cantonese style. Can't go wrong with the traditional clay pot rice. The portion is not as big for four people. It serve for two people only. The eel rice is tender with churchy rice at the bottom. The BBQ squid is the best with the BBQ meats. The chicken and roasted park is not dry. The meat has perfect size of it. Not too salty too."
