"I was in business for 38 years East Coast one of my better brands that I sold. Everybody working for them in the technical end are all College grad and engineers. They have one of the best warranties in the industry and they stand behind everything they do. I saw a couple of reviews that were done by unhappy homeowners. Most of the doors that are in question have been damaged with cleaning products like Tilex which is a concentrated bleach. These homeowners are not aware of their cleaning services choice of products. I guarantee if you go through there products you will find exceptionally damaging cleaners. There are no products that will hold up under such severe abuse. "We purchased our frameless shower door in 2014 from Easco , in early 2022 the plastic drip edge on the lower door broke and the the door was not shutting flush. Tech came out in mid Feb to replace the drip edge and try to realign the door, but needed to come back, on the second visit the techs were friendly and transparent with what they were doing and took the time to try different approaches to get the door realigned and charged a reasonable service fee . I would highly recommend Easco to anyone looking for a dependable stylish shower door."

"I'm blown away by the great service. I didn't buy a shower door from Easco, there was one in the house I bought, and it is likely > 15 years old. But in the bottom, I noticed a little etching that said "Easco". I had called reputed shower door companies in the Boston area and got wildly fanciful quotes for repair work. My door wouldn't close, but hey - it is 15 years old. Some companies would replace my entire shower for several thousand, one even told me that shower doors had a useful life of 15 years so I can't get it fixed.
