The service person came from a long distance and already had done a big job earlier in the day, but he was energetic and reassuring that everything would get done that same day. He had to work under some rough conditions (extreme heat and had to tie back foliage to get access). He remained calm and steadily solved the problems he encountered. The new pump was installed and tested and he didn't leave until there was evidence that it was working perfectly."
