"I went to Napa Auto Parts in Rockaway, rather then go to the dealer. Let me say that these guys are the absolute best. I went in to purchase some pop rivets and screws for my CR-V, not a big purchase at all. The gentleman that assisted me couldn't be any more helpful. Coming out to the car and seeing what I needed then, taking the time and the patience to not only find the parts but to help/show me how to put them in. Good old fashioned customer service. I don't get that at the competition, not even close. Needless to say, I will be coming back to Napa in Rockaway, Nj for whatever and whenever I need parts and supplies for all my vehicles.
