"Got matching tattoos with my daughter for her 18th birthday. Spoke to Cholitos earlier to push my appt time back, which he was very professional. I asked if he would be doing our tattoos and he kindly advised that his daughter had a recital, so unfortunately he would not be able to that day. He said he would leave us in good hands and that he definitely did. We had an amazing experience and my daughter visited the next day to get piercings with a friend and had another amazing experience. We will be back for future tattoos and piercings as well as recommend others."
"Great experience with both tattoos and piercings. Clean, professional and a family oriented. Great work! Great atmosphere!! Great customer service!!"
"Everyone here is so kind and does such a good job. I got my tattoo done last month but it was amazing a bit and I came back for something else and mentioned it and the owner was kind and offered a touch up. You won't regret any tats or piercing you get done here. Awesome people and service. Thank you!"
"i felt a bit rushed when getting my piercings. i got a belly piercing and a helix. belly piercing came out a bit slanted but i’m waiting for it to heal more (as it can change depending on how you care for it). a month in and gravity did help it’s a bit better, but unnecessarily an extra hassle. lady who pierced me only told me how to care for my belly piercing after and not my helix piercing. telling me i can change my piercings after 2 months (which is not true you should wait longer. i’ve seen many videos where they would spray and clean your piercing after they pierce it but none of that too. as for my helix piercing, i feel like it was lower than what i asked for when she placed the markings. not really happy for the placement. when i we finished i the total was $70… $35 for each piercing. when i called on the phone they told me $30. i didn’t have enough cash as i only brought $60 as told. i had an extra $6 i found in my wallet so i zelle other $4 but that was unprofessional pricing. overall when asking questions i would get vague answers and didn’t really feel like they cared. signed papers that said they went over everything listed stating they warned you of the precautions listed on the papers. you had to check them off for legal purposes but they didn’t go over any of the precautions listed on the papers. give this store a chance but make sure you know what you want and don’t be afraid to speak up as i was. i just hope the staff would have better customer service"
"This has been my go to tattoo spot for years! They have amazing artists and their work is phenomenal. I understand that tattoos take time and you pay for what you get but these guys have gotten ridiculously expensive.. the guy at the front gives you a sky high price with an attitude and when you speak to the OWNER he gives a more sensible price and is extremely sweet."
