"Driving from NY I had a weird sound coming from my front end. I stopped at 2 places before BR tire and was uncomfortable with the energy they gave off. I decided to take a chance and continued looking for another shop. I was blessed to have met Mr. Carlos who did not hesitate to take a look. He took the truck for a test drive and immediately had 4 of his workers disassemble all four tires and get right to it. Shops like BR Tires are a rare find. "I took my car in for a tune up. Made an appointment for 7-15-23. Make a long story short. I had an 8:30am appointment and did not leave until 5:00pm. If they told me they did not know the car I would have left. No harm no foul. They ordered parts that did not fit, put the wrong motor oil in the car. My car is an 2014 buick encore special edition. The next day I had to pay for a flush and another oil change. B&r stick to tires"

"Went for a simple tire plug as I had a slow leak and they insisted on taking off the tire to patch it because they didn’t have plugs. They did repair the tire but they somehow destroyed my tire pressure system…so the very thing that got me there is no longer reliable:("
