"They gave me three tires with severe sidewall damage. There are air bubbles throughout and dangerous to drive on. These tires were changed in June and a professional mechanic noticed the damage and called me immediately in August! When I called M & G, they hung up on me and said it was my fault. Terrible customer service and liars. DO NOT let them touch your car. Find somewhere else that doesn't give out BAD tires."

"Absolutely awful service and I can’t believe that the father and son are making foolish excuses for a faulty tire. I purchased 3 sets of tires 2.5 weeks ago and I complained that 1 was faulty. I was told to come back with it flat and I follow up 2 times with a flat all within 2 days!! They refused to replace it. The sensors were replaced here last summer and my prior tire didn’t have a leak, I replaced it due to intern wear. Fairly new sensors, my rim has no issue to it must be the tire I’v had to refill myself twice in a week’s span plus the additional time from coming here flat. Abso. Update regarding the owner reply. They’re lying. I first got my front right tire replaced. I had no issue with that. Most recently 2.5 weeks out (I paid cash). I got both rear tires replaced and was serviced by the son. 2 months is a lie and I’m talking about my most recent service. It’s a shame that you’re willing to lie and discredit me. It’s sad that you’re willing to die on a hill of a single faulty tire that was way under a month old. The only reason I came here is because this is the closest tire shop to me home. Everyone reading this should go to Raymond’s on Central! Such dishonesty. I got my read passenger tire replaced this afternoon. Shame on the father and son owners!! If there’s no record of my 2 initial visits in January then your son pocketed the money I paid since I paid cash. My last purchase was the week of Jan 19th (issue with 1 of 2 rear tires) and the one before that was on January 6th (no complaints for front passenger tire). God doesn’t bless liars. Never again."

"Went to this shop when I had to replace my tire. Marlon greeted me very friendly asking what I needed; told him my tire pressure was constantly low and just wanted a replacement. He explained my options of tires thoroughly that would be best for my car. Axel is the one who replaced the tire for me and he was very quick and efficient! Staff is very kind and informative, made me feel like a valued customer!"
