Pro Nails

"Went to get acrylics and a pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was very sweet and she did a great job, I was super hopeful for my acrylics but it all went downhill. they weren’t filed straight, some were too thick, he cut my finger from filing into my skin, and the nails overall just look bad. i went last minute before a trip i had planned and i regret it immensely. would rather just not even have them done especially for the insane prices they charge."

"I had gone to this nail salon in the past and had positive experiences. This time it was terrible. I had a male tech who talked about his co worker the whole time and gave me a terrible pedicure. Sloppy and barely did anything, he was so fast. 28.00 on nothing I could have done a better job myself. I won't be going back...."

"I love my nails but the only problem is the nail tech no 1 i always go to nail salon for 8 years until now but she's the first nail tech I encounter who is a lot of complain in customers the nail is long or the color match you choose. She always did her good job but you gotta deal with her as well. Js by my own experience."

"I normally never give reviews, but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in here because it was close to where I was and a last minute decision. I am definitely regretting it. First of all I told the woman I didn't want my nails that short even though one of my nails were broken and she cut them to the tip of my fingers. She then cut my left hand not as short as the right so they didn't match up. I mentioned to her how much longer the left hand was, and she laughed and didn't fix it. Next as she was cutting my cuticles I felt her cut me, and saw it was bleeding. She said nothing. I said I was done and didn't want to paint them. They still charged me $20. When I showed the owner how I was bleeding she responded with have a nice day. I've never been more upset leaving a nail salon in my life, I just can’t believe the unprofessionalism of this business I will never go back."
