"I visited Profiles on Aug 7th for the first time. Heather was my stylist, and I had a cut, color fade, and bayalage color treatment done. Upon arrival, I called the salon and a staff member came out to take my temperature and ask if I was exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19. Everyone was wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and the salon was very clean. This was very reassuring to me, as I had been nervous about getting my hair done. I showed Heather two pictures describing what I wanted, and she executed it *perfectly*! The color looked great, the cut was fabulous, and she styled it beautifully. I felt like I had stepped out of a magazine shoot! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their hair done, and have already booked my next appointment!"

The comfort of the salon was the reason I gave four stars instead of five because the seats and hair washes stations hurt my neck.
