"I have been going to Elite nails for over 15 years. Great service, reliable and fast. Tommy is the best!"
"It was the first time I have gotten nails and tips and acrylics in 22 years since I retired being a massage therapist. I was recommended to Tommy and Tiffany by a neighbor. I found this place to be very personable easy to communicate what I was looking for, and they were very educational and informative about the different processes they do. I love my nails and it’s been more than three weeks and they still look good but I am going back to get them filled in. I highly recommend it."
"I’m 16 years old, a minor with autism and my mom dropped me off to get a new acrylic set, while she run around. I showed a picture of what I wanted and a male worker (I think the owner) insisted they could do it. When I double checked to make sure they understood what I wanted, the male said “I just said that” in a rude manner. Then an older woman started doing my acrylics, while shaping the nails, I kept jumping since she kept hitting my skin and it made me bleed. Then proceeded to make fun of me basically mock me for expressing that I was in pain. She started drilling her finger skin to show that it doesn’t hurt, yet I was bleeding. I wanted pink french tips with a design on two fingers. Once she did the french tips and while in the dryer a worker pushed my hand in more making three of the french tips messed up. The lady doing my nails proceeded to basically shame me for it by giving me dirty looks and pointing at it multiple times. I started to get a bit upset since I paid with my own Christmas money and they were shaped poorly. They noticed that and started to try to distract me from it by calling me beautiful and talking about how beautiful my pink hair is. I awkwardly laughed it off to avoid getting upset. Then when it was time for the design, they switched me to a younger woman who clearly didn’t understand what I wanted. My mom arrived to pay and I texted her about everything bothering me, the sides of my nails were so rough on the sides that my mom said something and they finally listened once she said something, I tried to say something but of course no one listens to a teenager. I ended up paying $65 leaving with fingers bleeding, cuticles even more messed up than when I arrived. A design nothing like the one I showed, This was the first time I’ve cried over nails or even was upset. I made my mom take me to Sally Beauty to get a polish to fix the design, it looks better but it’s not what I wanted and now I’m stuck with them for a month. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR NOT WITH AN ASSERTIVE ADULT."
"First time here, came for a full set of gel nails. I called a few minutes ahead to see if they could take me right away and there was no wait. The girl cut me a couple of times, second one I bled out, but she took care of it by applying something to it and apologized again and again. She had trouble gluing down a couple of tips but at the end I am satisfied with my new nails."
"I have NEVER been so disappointed with my nails like this in my entire life. All I asked for was an acrylic fill. The nail tech proceeded to take off my old acrylics, leaving my broken natural nails. When I asked him to cut them down he said “no, trust me I know what I am doing”. I told him I wanted tips and he told me no, that I didn’t need them. Clearly I did need them because his skills of trying to build a nail with just acrylic powder is terrible. They are all uneven and different shapes, I have chucks of acrylic left all under my nails. They all look wonky and messed up. The entire time I kept telling him this is not what I wanted and he would just gaslight me and say he is doing everything to make me happy and my nails look good."
