"Went in to get a manicure and needed to be in touch with my husband to let him know when to pick me up and I told the person doing my nails that. Tried to send message but the person doing my nails, took my phone out of my hand and moved my phone and stuck my hand into the uv dryer while I was sending a voice note. I told her I understood that if my nails got ruined it was on me but I was very displeased with the forcefulness when I was just trying to communicate with my husband and I communicated if the nails got ruined I would be okay with it"
"Came in for a mani pedi. They didn’t do a great job applying the polish I had to ask them to fix a few nails that were done sloppy. They didn’t file nice, just shaved down my nail. Overall not great experience."
