"I had to change my 5 star review of this place because the first time I came here, I was extremely happy with my gel manicure. The second time I came here, I had a different lady and she was terrible. There was polish along the my skin by the sides of my nail, I had some spots missing on the side, and I had air bubbles in some."

"Paid $72 for the worst gel pedicure. Completely overpriced, terrible job, and when I offered the lady a $4 tip she told me there’s a “minimum” of $5 tip on a pedicure. Tips have a minimum? When a lousy job is gone. Will never go back again"

"It is an ok place, they did a relatively decent job. I did enjoy the massage part of the pedicure. Maybe I am being too picky but 1. When the lady cut/pinched to blood my daughter's finger, she didn't apologize. She did offer a napkin. 2. I was not happy when the lady who did my manicure, was discussing me with her coworkers (in Spanish?) and they laughed together. 3. What is the point of offering nail polish that is $2 more expensive and will last a week (vs. a "regular" type which will not)? Why can't they sell a better one only and not sell a bad one at all? (My daughter's first nail chipped about 2 hours later. The polish/color didn't last for even a day!)"

"I came at a busy time, but the wait was vry short. they had loads of staff and things moved quickly. Angie did a great job on my nails, she was gentle and patient. Nice experience!"

"Very rude, there is no system and people who walked in later will be serviced before you. When I asked to see the polish color before all the nails were done I was refused and she wanted to charge me more because the waxing took too long for her liking. Feel free to go here if you want to feel taken advantage of."
