"I drive a big commercial vehicle. They told me they could service. Had 6 new tires and front and back brakes. Spent a little under $2500. They used all my old valves from old tires…. Had 2 flats in the middle of no where in Vermont and Maine. When I questioned, they told “you never asked for new valves” really?! I have replaced all 6 valves at another service. So sad. I want support private small business but no way will I trust them anymore. After I was just dismissed like that."

She just needed to know if I definitely wanted the tire because she was on her way out to pick up tires before they closed. I got there by 12:55, tire on and mounted by 1:30! Great service and price!
