"Do not use them unless you have simple repairs such as tires or oil changes. Brought my car in for a steering fluid leak. Had no problems steering prior. They did not have the correct part so they cut and clamped a hose in the middle of the pipe. Drove home and now I had no power steering. Called and they just simply said it's the pump. (Bought a new pump at the parts store across street) Brought it back again. Waited all day for them to say it's not the pump. There was air in the line. They flushed line and put in new fluid. Paid and drove car around the block. Still no power steering. Brought it back. They said to leave it and come back next day. They fhucked up my car. I had no problem steering before I brought it the first time. $150 to fix leak, $120 for new pump, $80 to flush line(they wanted $100 but I said no) $350 and I still can't drive my car and two days of aggravation. Go somewhere else."

"I had a great experience getting my 2016 Kia Sorento broken AC fixed plus new tiers. This was my first time with EC Tires AUTO REPAIR and they were so easy to deal with. The front office was quick and clear in communication and checking in (great guy who's name I didn't get). The Technician was clear and to the point on what needed to be done and how long it would take. The entire experience was 5 stars plus. I'll be back for additional repairs if needed."
