"I just posted a picture of the full set I got for $90.00. Uneven nails, some short and some long and not what I asked for. During the appointment I asked for changes, and stated that they were uneven. I wasn’t listened to. Once they were done I was clearly upset and showed who I assume was the owner. She proceeded to tell me it was because my fingers are crooked. They would not fix and said next time they will fix them. I told them I was going on vacation tomorrow but they still charged me $90.00. I am very upset but I couldn’t walk out of there without paying even though it was a bad job and service. Never again. Had they dealt with it professionally fixed it or didn’t charge me full price I would never leave a review like this as I understand it is a business"

"The staff was so kind and welcoming upon entering the spa. It was a very busy time when I arrived as a walk-in client, but I was acknowledged immediately. I was given time to pick out my color for my gel manicure. I LOVED the fact that no one rushed me. I waited for only about 10 minutes (and it was their busy time!) and then I was seated for my manicure. The woman doing my nails did such a great and thorough job. It has been a week since I went and my manicure still looks great, even after remodeling my bathroom and doing heavy duty work without gloves. The gel from my nails aren't peeling, which is a problem I have had in the past. So I am looking forward to seeing what week 2 brings and I'll be a returning client!"
