"Scammers, everything they do they add $5, matte top coat $5, 1 different color in 1 finger $5, it ends up paying $65 for just refill and they always do that, such scammers. In 2 hours, 2 different clients came with broken gel nails that they just did a day before and none of them got help, they just got told to come back later. I will never go to this greedy people again."
"There is no point in making an appointment when there are people constantly walking in for walk-ins. You will be waiting for an hour or more just for your allotted time. My gel manicure was rushed and has already begun lifting in two days. Some parts of the gel manicure process were skipped. It is unfortunate when people value money over their consumers."
"Terrible experience and aweful customer service. I have never left a bad review on any social media. I just got engaged and wanted my nails done. I wanted to pick the perfect color. I picked it out and changed my mind before any services were started. I was told “Hurry up. I do not have time for you or to change your mind. If there are no cars don’t come in” there was NO one in there. I got up and left. I will be taking all of business else where and I will tell everyone I know to not go in to this place. Zero respect. I hope NO one ever feel the way I just did."
