Interfaith Dental Center

"I keep leaving reviewing for different department of interfaith hospitals, warning people not to go here. My sister was scheduled for a root canal and she was never able to completed at this dental office because her prior authorization expired and the dental office never informed her. When she went to do her root canal today, apparently they scheduled her for a regular appointment. Extremely unprofessional front desk, staff, and this hospital as a hall is just a place people go to die."

"I walked in Interfaith with mixed feeling because if the reviews I read prior to my visit. I can tell you now that all thise feelings went away when I got here. The recepwas courteous and the doctors were amazing. My daughter had to get an examination and the way the doctor was sooo patient with her was amazing. Fast forward to my second visit today. The receptionist was welcoming again but I thought my wait time was too long. I wanted to leave because I am not feeling to well but the receptionist made sure I was seen. The doctor is amazingly patient with my 7 year old. The dental assistant not so much. I had to check her on how to speak to my child and that she should follow the doctor's lead. All in all our visits are always pleasant and I see no problem in giving thisnplace 5 stars. Thank you Interfaith for your lovely service! Marcia R."

"If I could give them ZERO stars I would !! I’m 21 weeks pregnant. My filling came out & I went in to get my fillin filled. I was there by 8 am. Meanwhile I’m in PAIN! My ear is starting to hurt and They told me to come back at 1:30 to be seen. 1:30 still wasn’t seen told me to come back by 2:30pm. Sat there until 4:25 for them to use my insurance to take an x ray and PROCEED to tell me that they can’t do anything for me, because they’re about to CLOSE at 5pm ! That I would have to set up an appointment on the 22nd ! Today is the 12th. So they want me to walk around with my mouth hurting until the 22nd taking Tylenol for 10 days while pregnant. They are unprofessional & they don’t care about their clients AT ALL !!!!! Would never come back here."

"The receptionist are lazy idiots. They can never find my name. They schedule appointments and lose them in the system leaving u with a much later appointment. They dont care. This place is only good for saying you went to the dentist"

"I gave this one star. The staff was not friendly #1. I took my elderly parents there and waiting for one hour plus only to be told they couldn't find the doctor. What kind of business is this. A doctor is expecting a patient and goes MIA!!!!! If my parents had to take a cab or.bus to go there it would have been more of a waste of time and money! Very disappointed!"
